Powder Coating is a dry finishing process in which powder particles are applied to a part and then cured to form a highly protective and decorative finish. The particles are typically electrostatically sprayed onto a part, or alternatively, preheated parts may be dipped into a fluidized bed of powder. Powder Blank Line Finishing is a specialized application for applying a uniform powder coating at high production rates on flat sheets prior to forming.
