How do KOCH Thermal Panels and Accessories offer a better solution?

1. KOCH Thermal Panels are world-class. KOCH roll-formed, tongue-in-grove design and quality are unsurpassed. Standard features include:

• 20 GA aluminized steel interior and exterior
• 18 GA galvanized perimeter ISO-Channels™
• 2”, 3”, 4”, 6” thickness
• 33” width
• Customer-specified length up to 24’
• 4 LB density mineral wool insulation

  Optional features and accessories include:

• Internal panel reinforcement is provided when additional structural integrity is required for flooring, roofs or walls.
• Non-standard width panels, and panels with notches, cut-outs and special shapes can be ordered.
• Heavier gauge steel (18 GA and 16 GA) and alternative materials, such as stainless steel and aluminum are available for heaviest service.
• Strip Insulation, Non-Silicone Thermal Caulking, Floor Channel, Flashing and all installation accessories are available from one source.

2. KOCH Thermal Insulated Doors are available from same source as panels and accessories.

• KOCH Insulated Doors are available in 2”, 3”, 4”, and 6” aluminized steel interior and exterior skins, 4-LB density mineral wool thermal insulation.

• Doors are shipped pre-hung in a 12 GA. Aluminized steel frame.

• Standard hardware includes heavy duty hinges, centered pull handle, explosion relief latches and adjustable stainless steel wire-reinforced fiberglass gaskets.

• Single and Double Leaf doors are provided in the following standard sizes:
  

  Single Leaf 2’-3” x 7’-0”

  Double Leaf 5’-0” x 7’-0”

• Custom door sizes and configurations are also available.

3. Corner Construction - KOCH provides multiple solutions for enclosure corners:

• Formed Corners are one-piece tongue-in-groove, interlocking panels. Formed corners provide superior structural integrity and easier assembly compared to conventional flashed corners.

• Formed corner panels are also an excellent way to add structural support and minimize on-site installation.

• Flashed Corners are provided by flashing standard KOCH panels with 18 GA aluminized steel flashing and sheet metal screws during installation.

4. KOCH provides superior service and delivery.

• KOCH personnel will work with you to identify the best, lowest cost, solution from standard configuration. If standard configurations are not the best solution to your needs, KOCH provides expertise to custom-design, manufacture and deliver the right solution.

• KOCH personnel will work closely with you to determine your required delivery date and sequence of delivery. And then, most importantly, KOCH will deliver as committed.

• KOCH will package and deliver panels and accessories to assure safe and defect-free delivery to your job site.

• Panels are bundled and protected for shipment on flat bed trailers for easy fork lift unloading and handling to the installation site.
